Why my glasses haven't been delivered in time?

You will usually receive your eyewear in 5-10 days after placing the order. If it is not delivered, don't worry, here's our help.

Did you order the prescription glasses that need custom?

If you ordered optical glasses that require custom but didn’t receive them for a couple of days. Please check your email box first. Search the email sent by service@myglassesmart.com.

To protect our consumers' benefit, if there are problems with the prescription data you filled in, we will contact you with the email address you left in 1-2 days after you placed the order.

The email address I left is wrong!

If you suddenly find that the email address you left when you placed your order is spelled incorrectly, don't worry. Just send an email to service@myglassesmart.com with the correct email address. Include your order number and a screenshot of your order in the email. We will communicate with you via the new email.

The eyewear I ordered does not require customization

Some items don't need customization, such as sunglasses or frames only ... If you would like to know the process, you can check your order status and logistics information on the order details page. The expected delivery time is 5-10 working days.

None of the above methods are applicable
